Another unmistakable sign is the sudden realization that fatigue is an issue. You no longer have the stamina you used to have. This sign reminds me of an old Chinese saying that goes - (loosely translated)
" If you are still good looking by 20, still healthy by 35 and rich by 40 you shall have all three in till the end ". I would suggest you my dear reader to think about the saying and abide by it.
The sign in my topic today is covert. It takes those with a keen sense of perception to be detected.
One definitely feels aged when a new fragrance by a certain perfume company really reminds you of a perfume you smelt or may have had a few years ago. The first occurrence is usually passed off (with at least little doubt) , then it happens again and again again till one sniff of the latest scent assures you that you have smelt it by another brand but this one is a little less/more sweet or fruitier or more intense but other than this mild variation, it is definitely recycled. Yes aromas are limited and often recycled by companies. Sometimes secretly and other times openly. A blatant example is the recent Fahrenheit version called Fahrenheit Absolute which to me is so similar to the original that I would not be able to tell the two apart.
This is when you realize that as most sources are limited (land, money and natural resources), so are the types of scents a perfume manufacturer can chemically compile before duplicating a scent.
When you are young your sense of smell is still new so most newly released perfumes are to you still unique but as you smell more and more you begin to link one perfume to another (usually an older popular perfume).
I won't go into the methodology of maintaining your health.
I'm still searching for the fountain of eternal youth. I know it exists because I have seen those who drank from it.
